Dyson Dc18 Hepa Filter

A must have!
I have a Dyson DC18 and I've had it for years. I know the filter is suppose to be a lifetime filter but it's not. I bought this to replace my old filter. Blech! The old filter was so dirty, that it was black! If you haven't changed your filter and it's been years...change it now!

Do not believe the (LIFETIME HYPE) I just replaced my HEPA filter for my DC18 Dyson Slim, and now there is no more dust/dog hair smell kicking out from my vacuum. I should have done this a few years back. Keep in mind that there are 2 filters for this particular vacuum cleaner. There is one that is washable and one that is the HEPA...that is being reviewed.

wow this is not permanent!
Just replaced this filter on my dc18 after 5 years, Dyson said was not needed, boy were they wrong. Airflow is so much better, its running cooler. Should have changed it at 2 years I think.
