poor quality
I purchased this skillet from a local department store. I was hoping the non-stick ceramic coating was going to be the answer to my love/hate relationship with non-stick coatings (specifically teflon). The first time I used it (and I used it only once) I made pancakes. There was a hot spot on the pan where the ceramic coating literally burned off the pan. Did it come off onto the food? I'm not sure, but I didn't eat it. Needless to say the skillet went right back to the store. If I could give negative stars on this product, I would.
